You can group your leads into Segments using static or dynamic criteria. If you want a list of leads as they are, create a static segment. If you want the grouping criteria to be applied automatically for any new leads in the future, create a dynamic segment.

Create different templates for content that you would like to publish to your leads on social channels e.g. you may want to create different content for leads depending on where they are within your funnel. You would typically add a “Call to Action” within each template.

Create as many different campaigns as needed. For each campaign, define the duration as well as the waves that make up the campaign. Waves are explained below.
Engage with your leads in different phases
You can create as many waves within a campaign as needed. A Wave is where you bring together the Campaign and the Template associated with that wave. Within a wave, you can also define a Stream which is where you pick the leads that are targeted for that wave. You can then post the content immediately on social channels or schedule it for a future time.
Understand the performance of your campaign
The content that you publish is personalized for each target lead. So, not only can you analyze how many leads were targeted in a wave but you can also determine the social interactions (e.g. the number of retweets and favorites) on the content. To close the loop between social and traditional channels, you can determine who responded to your call of action by clicking on the hyperlink within the content.
