Prior to Siebel Systems, Alex played key executive roles within SAP AG (member of the extended global board) and SAP America (Executive Committee member) for almost a decade. |

Jos Sluys
Jos Sluys founded Saffelberg Investments, a leading investment fund based in Gooik, Belgium, with a focus on helping entrepreneurs create value. Until 2007, Jos Sluys was CEO, Director & majority shareholder of ARINSO International, listed on Euronext Brussels.
Jos developed ARINSO from a local Belgian SAP-HR implementation company with 20 staff and a turnover of 1.5 million euro in 1995, to a group operating in 27 countries in EMEA, the Americas and AsiaPac, with consolidated net sales of 220 million euro and over 2,500 staff. Andy Honess
Andy has a passion for building and guiding startups and small companies into high speed growth and market leadership positions. With over 23 years of experience in the highly competitive enterprise software industry, Andy has held senior sales and executive leadership positions in IBM, Siebel and small/medium startups.
Most recently he was managing director and vice president of QlikTech (NASDAQ: QLIK), where for five years, he built and managed the UK and Irish operations from scratch and then progressed to building the company’s global enterprise accounts business and first industry business unit in financial services. Andy is now a investor in, and advisor to, the hi-tech sector. He holds a honors degree in Business Information Systems. |

Paul Melchiorre
Paul Melchiorre, currently Vice President of Sales for Ariba, Inc. has more than 20 years of technology and management experience. Paul joined Ariba in 1998 as Vice President of Operations for the Americas. He built the sales, services, channels, and alliances organizations that took Ariba from zero revenue to $700 million in annual sales.
Previously, Paul was Senior Vice President for Global Accounts at SAP America, Inc. where he helped grow revenues six-fold and oversaw several strategic business units. Paul also served as Regional Vice President of MAI Basic 4 and held management positions at ADP. Paul received a BA from Villanova University and an MBA from Drexel University. |
